STAR WARS: SKELETON CREW | LUCASFILM
KH’YMM’S OBSERVATORY — MOON INTERIOR

STAR WARS: SKELETON CREW asked me to design more than 30 star charts as woven tapestries — artifacts that felt both ancient and functional, merging the logic of space travel with the mysticism of medieval cosmology. Each piece needed to feel grounded in the Star Wars universe yet believable as an object of study and history.

I worked with the show’s lead graphic designer, the Set Dec department, Dazian in Los Angeles, and Lucasfilm to bring the designs to life. Dazian fabricated the final tapestries directly from my digital files, translating each star chart into a hand-crafted piece that felt authentic to the Star Wars universe.
